Anwen Cooper is currently leading the UKRI-funded ‘Rewilding’ later prehistory project at Oxford Archaeology. Her main research interests are in later prehistoric ecologies, grave goods and archaeological knowledge production. She has worked at the Cambridge Archaeological Unit on three separate occasions over the last 30 years, including on the production of these books.
